Mag Safe will not disseminate any information obtained during consultations or training to any outside agency or organization.  Any and all information learned, visualized or in written text will either be returned to contracting company upon termination of the contract or safe guarded by Mag Safe LLC for future use in instruction with contracted company.  Any disclosures of information obtained by Mag Safe LLC or it's employees will be presented to the legal department of contracted company before disclosure to safeguard proprietary information and locations.  Fees collected for classes are for profit and all applicable State and Federal taxes will be added to each class or video presentation. 
We are not a Law Firm or legal entity and all information within presentations is readily found on the internet.
